We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify.

Print & Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided, then securely pack your items in the original box or a similar mailer.
Ship & Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
